Children Meet The Staff

Hi, I'm Roni Bailey, current director/organizer/jack of all trades for PromiseLand (our children's program) here at Circle Drive Alliance Church. As I recently stepped into this position, I joined a wonderful team of men, women and teens who are passionate about helping children grow spiritually. We are all aware of the importance of connecting Kids to God when they are young. As Proverbs 22:6 tells us, "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." The CDAC PromiseLand program is a place where children can learn about God in a fun and relaxed atmosphere and to grow closer to him.
My husband David and I have attended this church for most of our lives. The Alliance church has been a comfortable fit for us over the years. I stand in amazement as I see how the love of Jesus radiates throughout the people here. Our church family has become a wonderful support system and is a big part of our lives. We serve an awesome and powerful God and he has definitely made a difference in my life.
On a personal note, my husband and I have 3 children of our own; Angela (25), David II (21, and wife Cassie), and Keith (17). I currently work in the credit dept at Amphenol in Sidney. My professional experience working with children includes a certification in Child Development (CDA) and 7 years working as a teaching assistant for the Head Start Program. Although my professional career has taken a path away from children, I still hold a deep love for working with young children within my heart. Thus, I am blessed to have the opportunity to head up this ministry here in our church.
